“A Sunday well-spent brings a week of content.” Unknown

A Few Things that I Quite Enjoyed this Weekend

(The sun was shining all day and well into the evening...glorious {glasses are Michael Kors})

(I had at least three-too-many Dunkin' Donuts' coffees, all of which were too good to pass up)

(I had a wonderful stack of spring catalogues and magazines to "work through")

And a Few of the Things that I Wore

(A gift from my grandmother, these are impeccably classic)

(From left to right: Another Michael Kors watch, my great grandmother's coin, a bracelet that was my mother's, and the beads were a gift)

(Both my cotton top and jeans are from GAP, my belt is NAVA belts New York, my bag Marc Jacobs, see above for my shoes, accessories, and sunglasses)

Hello My Lovelies,
I must say, that this weekend was perfectly lovely! The sun was out all weekend long and it was warm enough to bust out my new (lightweight) navy blue trench coat. Aside from the weather being heavenly and a Friday night full of fun, I ran around Providence in my favorite Ralph Lauren wedges on Saturday; from my workout, to breakfast with the girls, to my cousin's sports games, to lunch, to run errands, and then back again - I couldn't help but feel like my fourth coffee of the day was well deserved. I was lucky enough to sleep in on Sunday and eat some delicious pancakes, but the best part of the weekend? I spent time with old friends that I haven't seen in [what feels like] forever; there is so much comfort in knowing that some people will just always know you so well and that no matter how much time you have apart from eachother, your relationship will stay the same. I had the most wonderful weekend, its truly beginning to feel more like spring than winter, and the only bummer was that I ripped my jeans, dancing in my kitchen (not the first time its happened and I got a good laugh, so it wasn't really a bummer). I hope you all enjoyed spending time with family and friends and took advantage of the warm weather. Also, I continue to thank all of you for your tremendous support in my first -ever- week of blogging - I look forward to publishing posts and hope that many of you will follow me, as well check in from time to time. Thanks again, keep on the lookout for new posts everyday!

xoxo,
D
